First off, the view from our corner room was stunning. we could see lights at night just like in those postcard pictures. Plus, the free cookies and milk at bedtime? Who does that? It's a gesture that really hit home.
Sure, it wasn't a bargain by any stretch but I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed that you just sink into. The large bathroom was a definite plus! Loved the thick curtains that kept the room dark. The only bummer was that there were no outlets by the bed, which made charging devices a little tricky. Overall, it felt cozy and welcoming.

Great spot, but staff could be nicer
We were super close to the falls and had an awesome whirlpool tub, but the jets didn't work. The breakfast was nice in the lounge area, but dealing with Jessica at the front desk was a bummer. She was rude and didn’t seem to care about our confusion regarding check-in.

missingWrote a review on Sept 03breathtaking viewsnice staffgreat breakfastdelayed check-in
We had an awesome mid-week escape with friends! The location was perfect near the falls and close to the Canadian side, which has even more attractions like casinos and a giant ferris wheel. The breakfast was brought to our room, and the staff was super nice! The lounge on the 18th floor had breathtaking views and was a great hangout spot after exploring the area.
We faced a delay with check-in at 4 PM, which was a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. It would be tough if you don't have a car to explore the area while waiting.

Perfect spot near the falls!
This place was awesome! We were a short walk from the Maid of the Mist ride, and it felt so safe with the locked doors after hours. The free parking was a win, too! Oh, and the breakfast delivered to our room was fresh and tasty. Just wished the check-in could have been a bit quicker.

The location is excellent for accessing attractions, and the hotel exudes a charming vintage atmosphere. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean, but the deadbolt on the door needed attention. The breakfast provided was delicious, though I noticed some areas in need of minor updates for overall comfort. A great option for couples looking for a cozy stay.
